Patagonia has discontinued the Beneficial T's clothing line. Thank you for your years of support.			Beneficial T's was founded in 1996 as a part of Patagonia's switch to organic cotton. In an effort to increase demand for organic cotton clothing, we created a unique T-shirt company that could produce and sell organic T-shirt blanks. Our hope was that through Bene-T's we could inform the mass market about organic cotton, and the potential associated with making the switch. Over the past nine years, we have produced T-shirts for many wholesale accounts, as well as various non-profit groups. We were successful in bringing affordable organic cotton t-shirts to market, while raising awareness of organic cotton clothing and helping to provide a market for organic cotton growers. Today, organic cotton is becoming more and more mainstream. Companies are following Patagonia's and Bene-T's lead and making the switch. It's a paradigm-shift we've worked hard to facilitate, and it's exciting to see it happening! Patagonia was, and continues to be, a pioneer in organic cotton fabrics. We feel we have accomplished our goal and have made the decision to shift our energies and talents to other endeavors.
